ENROLLMENT
Once you have secured a place in a Sunflower classroom, enrolling your child involves completing paperwork that will assure all state-required and Sunflower-required documents are in place. You will find the forms below. Feel free to open, print, and complete them. All paperwork must be completed before your child may begin attending class. We look forward to having your child attend Sunflower!
TUITION AND FEES
The Sunflower Board of Directors determines the tuition and fees for attending families. Included on this page is our contract with fee schedule. We offer several payment options to integrate smoothly with your routine.
